WHAT IS A SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

Monthly Gnome box will ship out every month! It is billed on the 1st of the month and ships within one week of billing. In most cases, it will ship way faster then a week. Each month, you will receive an exclusive gnome! On occasion, you may be surprised with two gnomes!

 

While we sell gnomes and decor in our shop year around, these will be exclusive. Think of it as the Members-Only club of Whiskey Skies! These items are all designed by Joanne. 

 

WHAT WILL BE IN MY BOX?

For our gnome boxes, you will get one exclusive gnome! This gnome will never be offered in our regular boutique. This is the only way to get this exclusive gnome. Your gnomes will be for the seasons as well as year around gnomes. Gnomes will very from approximately 13"-35". On occasion, your box may contain two gnomes!

 

 

WILL EVERYONE GET THE SAME BOX EACH MONTH?

Yes, everyone will get the same items. 

 

WHY DID MY BILLING DATE CHANGE?

From January 2021 - through April 15, 2022, our billing date was always the 15th of each month. You will not have a charge on May 15th, 2022. We are skipping one box and moving to the 1st of each month. We had some confusion on what box we were on, so we decided to make it per month.  

 

ARE YOU THE SAME COMPANY AS WHISKEY SKIES?

Yes! We are the same entity as Whiskey Skies! The adorable boutique you have fallen in love with! For us to efficiently run subscription boxes we needed to create a stand alone site. If you are looking for more decor, clothing and accessories you can visit us here.

 

WHAT IF I SIGN UP BETWEEN BOXES?

If you sign up between subscription box dates, you will get the box currently shipping. Please note if you sign up late in the box season, your next box will be processed soon after. 

Gnome Boxes process every single month on the 1st!

 

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFO?

You can update your payment info on your account. Login to your account and update your credit card number. 

 

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

For our Gnome Box, You will be billed for your first box immediately upon checkout. Then you will be billed every month on the 1st.  

WHEN WILL MY BOX SHIP?

For Gnomes, Each month your payment processes on the 1st and all boxes will begin shipping then or on the next business day if on a holiday or weekend. If you signed up between boxes, your box will ship within a few days of your order.

 

I AM LOCAL AND ALWAYS PICK UP MY ORDERS, CAN I PICK THIS UP?

Unfortunately, with our terms with our payment processor, all subscription boxes must be shipped. 

 

YOUR BOX IS SOLD OUT, HOW CAN I GET ONE?

You know you're in the right place when it's sold out. Don't have FOMO, sign up for our mailing list and we will let you know when the next box opens. Coming soon we will have a pre-order option so you don't have to worry about remember about checking back.

 

DO YOU TAKE SEZZLE OR PAYPAL?

Unfortunately, with the auto-subscription we can only take credit or debt cards.

 

CAN YOU SHIP MY BOX WITH MY WHISKEY SKIES ORDER?

No, these boxes process separately then our normal Whiskey Skies orders. We cannot combine any decor, clothing, accessory, ect orders. Our regular boutique shipping policy is separate from our subscription boxes. Free Shipping for 24 hours does not apply to any subscription boxes. Thank you for understanding. 

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Sadly, we only ship in the United States and APO addresses. 

 

I ORDERED MULTIPLE BOXES, WILL THEY ALL SHIP TOGETHER?

No, each subscription box ships separately. Our gnome boxes, quarterly curated boxes and specialty add on boxes ship separately. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are sorry to hear you want to return an item. All our monthly boxes are non-returnable. We do our best to pick beautiful and fun gnomes and decor that will go with everyone's style.

Due to the complexity of our boxes we are unable to do returns or substitutions for items.  If an item is not something you love, these items are popular and make amazing gifts. Spread some Whiskey Skies love and gift a special someone with an item.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

Aw, we are sad you want to cancel but we understand things happen in life. You can cancel your box anytime by logging into your account. Cancelation requests must happen 1 day prior to your billing date to avoid receiving your subscription box. 

There are no cancellation fees. By canceling your subscription does not provide you a refund fr any already paid or shipped boxes or will it stop a pending charge.

I SAW A WHISKEY SKIES AD, WILL THOSE ITEMS BE IN MY BOX?

No, the whole point of the box is to be surprised! If surprises are not your thing, we recommend you shop our regular boutique website here. Our ads showcase past boxes and other props used for styling. 

If surprises are not your thing, join our Insider Group and see if someone has posted a box!
