I've decided to cancel my gnome box, I am super sad. I've noticed that on certain months this past year that there was no box, and then they started coming later in the month. I received my November gnome on the 24th, just a few days before Thanksgiving. I used to receive the seasonal gnome the month before the actual holiday or season. Now I can't display it until next year. Which also means that the Christmas gnome won't be here until right before Christmas when I normally would get the Christmas gnome in November to display all of December. I am beyond bummed. Is there anyway to correct this? Getting my monthly gnome brings me such happiness as they bring a smile to my face always. Please can you respond back to me? Thank you so much guys!!! Michele

Unfortunately, the quality of the gnomes seems to have gone downhill. A couple of times, gnomes have arrived with accessories that have fallen off or are not sewn in correctly. And the shipping has been a nightmare as I am sure it has been for y'all as well. This last month, the shipment was about 2 days out from when I got billed and it still took 9 more days to get to me even via FedEx. I was also not expecting fall gnomes until September and was a little disappointed to not see some kind of summer or late summer theme. I am considering cancelling my subscription at this point because the gnomes are not the same quality and exciting surprise as when I first joined.

At first when I opened the box I wasn’t sure whether I was going to like them, but when got them fixed the way I wanted them I absolutely adore them they are so cute and the colors are so fall!
